Our factory is built on a closed area of 14,000m2 in Sarıyer, Istanbul. It combines people efforts with technology with a 500-pallet cold storage, 1 ton of freezing per hour, 15 delivery vehicles, a monthly production capacity of 500 tons and 6 machine parks. Our production diversity; The production group consists of various types of bread, croissant, laminated, gluten-free, sourdough, dry pastry, ready-made sandwiches, fresh cakes and pastries.

Backhaus means "Bakery House" in German. We created our brand in 2004, inspired by the bread and sugar house in the story of Hansel and Gretel. We are most innovative artisan bakery in Turkiye. We serve a wide rang e of artisan flavors, from breads to pastries, cakes, cookies,and macarons in our 10 branches in popular location in Istanbul.
